Dashboard Integration
Prioriti Trainer™ course content can be launched from completely customizable Prioriti Trainer dashboards (above). Courses are placed in dashboards on separate consoles where a manager may schedule training for particular call takers, (or a rule configured by a manager can automatically trigger call taker coaching for a specific call taker or group of call takers.) Prerequisites can be enforced to ensure courses are completed in a logical order.
