Reliably
Record All Your Call and Radio Communications 100%
of the Time
No matter what happens, VPI's Prioriti Voice 911 recording system keeps
on recording - full time, all the time. Built for
fault-tolerance, the rugged Prioriti Voice platform
comes standard with three (3) fans, four (4) power
supplies, two (2) network cards, and dual (2) RAID1
hard drives – all redundant and hot-swappable
– with the option to upgrade our standard
RAID 1 configuration to RAID 5 or RAID 10. Because
they are redundant, if one fails, the others keep
the system running. Hot-swappable means you can
pull out and replace a failed component while your
911 call recording system continues recording! |

Quickly and
Easily Find and Retrieve All Call and Radio Communicaitons
Courts are demanding copies of radio transmissions,
and lawyers want call recordings ASAP. Not to mention
your compliance officers. Can you find, retrieve, copy
and send those calls in time? Prioriti Voice public safety
recording system can do it in a matter of seconds! With
a few easy mouse clicks, you select exactly the search
criteria you need (such as date, time, Caller ID, channel,
call direction, number dialed, custom tags or annotations,
etc.) and Prioriti Voice instantly displays just the calls
matching your criteria. Click again to select the particular
call(s) you want, and instantly copy, email or playback
that call directly from the screen. If the call is archived
on removable media, Prioriti Voice 911 call recording
system tells you exactly where (i.e. “Insert Media
#1004”)!
Easily
Add Capabilities as Your Recording Needs Grow
Increase the number of recording channels with simple
linecard additions, minor wiring modifications and a
software license update – it’s that easy.
Channel upgrades come in increments of 8 or 16 channels
for analog and digital, for unlimited total number of
recording channels. 911 call recording servers can be implemented
locally or across multiple sites for thousands of recording
channels! Unlimited instant-access and archival storage
capacity for recorded calls can easily by added as well,
with support for any standard storage device recognized
by Windows 2000 or 2003, including NAS (Network Attached
Storage) devices. Custom add-on capabilities and integrations
are also possible, using Prioriti Voice’s free API
and Active X toolkit.
Access Your
Recorded Calls from Anywhere in the World
Whether you’re sitting at the Prioriti Voice server
or any PC on your network, you can view the status of
the system, playback calls, run reports, evaluate dispatchers
and (if authorized) administer the system, making configuration
changes to user access rights, system alarms, and other
system parameters. Even when you’re at home or
across the country at a conference, with VPI’s
optional e.Net Client
and access to the internet, you’ll have secure
access to your Prioriti Voice 911 recording system.
Hassle
Free Maintenance
With commercially-off-the-shelf (COTS) equipment and
redundant, hot-swappable key components, most equipment
failures don’t stop Prioriti Voice from recording.
Instead, the failed component can be replaced with an
item purchased at a local computer store without ever
shutting down the system. If service is required, VPI’s factory trained technical experts are
just one phone call away on our 24/7 hotline. Using
Activ Voice’s internal pcAnywhere™ software
to remotely diagnose the problem, issues are usually
resolved right over the phone and immediate remote access
to your system!
Improve
Dispatcher and Call Taker Performance with Straightforward Evaluations
With VPI’s Prioriti
IQ Quality Monitoring application, evaluating dispatchers
is simple. Retrieve a recording and an evaluation form
right on your PC, listen to the call playback, and evaluate
your dispatcher at the same time – all with a
few mouse clicks! You won’t have to endure “one
size fits all” evaluation forms either. With Prioriti
IQ you can create your own forms. Because both the calls
and the corresponding evaluation data are saved for
instant retrieval, when you sit down with your dispatcher,
you can both listen to the calls and review the evaluation
results together.
